Bridget has worked in all aspects of the food industry for 30 years: cooking, managing, catering, and even setting up restaurant openings. Bridget really enjoys creating the menus and recipes that faculty, staff and students enjoy. Her goal is to serve vegetables that are perfect and delicious - she hopes it will influence a child to enjoy them for a lifetime. One of her happiest moments recently was when a student told her that he had never cared for veggies before, but since eating at McGillis he loves them and will always give them a try at home.
